How does the request for proposal process work?
You can contact us in person, by email or by filling in the form on the website. We will then answer your questions as soon as possible and clarify the type of website you need. Our company will make a price calculation based on the primary data, which will be sent to you within a week.
What happens after the website is delivered?
Once the website is up and running, we offer our customers two options. The first option is to pay a monthly maintenance fee to keep the website running smoothly and to fix any outstanding problems under a maintenance contract. However, if you do not host your site and domain name on our server, we do not charge you for the operation of the site and we will fix any problems for an hourly service fee. We would like to emphasise that whichever option you choose, we will fix any problems free of charge for the first month after delivery. However, requests for design and functionality changes are not included in this category.
Does the company offer a guarantee for the website?
Throughout the website development process, you can gain regular insight into the current status of the project, so aesthetic, design and technical issues can be fixed. And for websites hosted on our own server, any functional deficiencies can be corrected in the first month after delivery. After the first month, the level of guarantee depends on whether you have a maintenance contract with us.
