What happens after the completed webshop is delivered?
After the website is completed, we offer our clients two options. The first option is a monthly maintenance plan, which ensures the smooth operation of your website and covers the resolution of any issues under the maintenance agreement. If your site and domain are not hosted on our servers, we do not charge a fee for the website’s operation. Any issues that arise can be resolved on an hourly service basis. Regardless of the option chosen, we provide free support for any issues during the first month after handover. Please note that requests for design or functional modifications are not included in this coverage.
Do you offer a guarantee on your websites?
Throughout the website development process, you have regular visibility into the project’s progress, allowing aesthetic, design, and technical issues to be addressed along the way. For websites hosted on our servers, any functional issues can be resolved free of charge during the first month after delivery.
